“Katerina's dance class gave me so much more than I expected! It was very inspiring. Her guidance through the exersices made it easy to let go of all my thoughts and the stress I had at the moment. She breaks down dancing in different types of movement, making it possible for anyone to start improvising and expressing themselves through dance. Also the breathing exercises we got during the class were very relaxing. With this dance class I was able to create space in my life, my mind and my body. It was an inspiring experience and I would recommend anyone to join her classes or workshops!”
